THOMAS
Named in honour of Thomas Jefferson, THOMAS was launched by the Library of Congress in January 1995 with the intention of making federal information freely and publicly available. Since then THOMAS has expanded to include, amongst many other congressional publications, Bills, Committee reports, Public laws and the Congressional Record back to 1989.
