    Taylor and Francis eBooks

    There are two types of ebook on this platform - DRM-free and DRM-protected.
    DRM-free:
    * Allow unlimited concurrent users so no user should be denied access at any time.
    * There are no print/copy/paste/access restrictions but full copyright law applies.
    * Ebooks are downloadable as PDFs, in their entirety. Once downloaded the file will remain. Users can print, copy and paste from a downloaded DRM-free text, and can save the file as a Word or Excel document.
    DRM-protected:
    * Identified on the book information page by a yellow DRM icon.
    * You may need to have installed the FileOpen plug-in on your computer to read these titles.
    * Allow 20 or 50 concurrent users for University of Cambridge users so during very busy periods you could be 'turned away'.
    * Access limitations include:
    - an online user session of 120 minutes per book
    - a print allowance of 30 pages per user session
    - a copy/paste allowance of 1000 words per user session
    - these ebooks can be downloaded for 3 days
    - there is no ability to print copy or paste from a downloaded file
    - downloaded files can be saved as Word or Excel documents

    Tip! When you click to access an ebook you are given the option to access the content instantaneously ('Quick access'), or wait a little longer for a full PDF download ('Download a copy'). For DRM-protected ebooks there is also an option called 'Standard access' - select this in order to copy or print.
