An excellent resource for veterinary and medical student, having access to these kinds of texts is especially useful since the physical copies are so heavy to carry around and so expensive to buy. I hope to see more if this in the future, thanks.

This is a brilliant addition to the Cambridge library service, one which I have been hoping for since I discovered for myself the utility of eTextbooks, and one which I hope is here to stay and to be expanded upon. In an age of ever-increasing digitisation, it is regrettable that the way in which the use of books is changing; an eBook doesn't quite have the personality of a physical one. However, I think that to keep with the changes, this modernisation of the Cambridge library service is definitely a step in the right direction. I have found the addition of Guyton and Hall's 'Medical Physiology' extremely useful, and would love to see more like this! I do have to say, though, that whatever program that is used to support the book it not very user-friendly. A format closer to pdf would be more effective.

I couldn't open the list of new ebooks on Cambridge Books online - just ended up with 3 folders. Is there an easier way to find a list? Also we had someone at Classics trying to access a book via Cambridge Books online and she was asked for a username and password (as was I). So assume we do not subscribe. how do we get a subscription? Do we just submit a normal ebook request? In other words are the titles bought individually rather than in a package, thanks.
