RIN ejournal usage study (students)
Do you want to contribute to an important study?
Take part in our study and help in research that may lead to improvements in the way people search for scientific information! CIBER at UCL are studying the use of e-journal use in a research context at key universities, including the University of Cambridge, by analysing computer transaction logs. Findings have highlighted diversity and consensus between disciplines and university types, and have raised a number of questions. We need YOUR help in obtaining explanation and understanding – so we hope you will be able to complete a short online survey.
The research is sponsored by the Research Information Network) (See http://www.rin.ac.uk/about/who-we-are),which is funded by the UK higher education funding councils, the seven research councils and the three national libraries. Our findings should help improve the workings of the scholarly information system.
The survey will take you only about 10 minutes to complete, and will enable you to enter a prize draw for £100 Amazon voucher. Please note, however, that it your anonymity is assured – you only need to give us an email address if you wish to enter the draw.
Many thanks for completing the survey. If you have any questions or would like to know more about the study, please contact i.rowlands@ucl.ac.uk; Telephone: +44 (0)20 76797205
