Bespoke UL tours for large groups

If you wish to arrange a tour for a group of your students, contact us at training@lib.cam.ac.uk. UL staff can run tours for your groups, co-lead tours with you or we offer train the trainer sessions to enable you to lead a tour of the building yourself. Contact us for more information.

Other Library and skills training

If your students require other library or skills training please contact us to find out if we can help. We are happy to collaborate with College, Department and Faculty Library staff. We can run sessions at the UL or, if you have a suitable room in your department or College, we can come to you.

Private Researchers

If you have a valid Library card you are welcome to sign up for any session held at the University Library. View the timetable here. To book a place, please email training@lib.cam.ac.uk with the session name, preferred date and time and your contact information.

School Groups

We are only able to accommodate a limited number of school groups per year and do not take bookings directly. Organisers should instead contact schools liaison officers at one of the colleges to arrange a visit as part of a wider participation programme.

Commercial tours

Please be aware that we are not able to offer tours for commercial purposes.
