You may bring a mobile telephone into UL provided it is set to SILENT-MODE. TEXT-messaging is allowed anywhere in UL. VOICE communication is permitted only in the courtyard gardens, the Tea Room or the Locker Room, but please be considerate to other readers.
Photography is still prohibited within UL.
