The Digital Preservation team provides a helpdesk where colleagues can submit their questions relating to digital preservation at the Libraries. Questions could be about:
How to log a call
Cambridge University Libraries staff can access the Digital Preservation Helpdesk from the Helpdesks section of the Cambridge University Libraries Intranet. Alternatively, they can send an email to the CUL Digital Preservation email address.
Staff within the wider University community are welcome to get in touch via email with a question.
When logging a call, please include as much information as possible about your question to help the Digital Preservation team understand what is required and resource needed.
