Join us for an evening with Scott Mandelbrote as he discusses Cambridge University Library’s acquisition of important texts by Isaac Newton as part of a notebook kept by his friend, roommate and amanuensis at Trinity College (John Wickins). The notebook will be available to view, and the talk will be followed by drinks in the exhibition centre. We hope you can join us.

Scott Mandelbrote is a Fellow, Director of Studies in History, and Perne Librarian at Peterhouse, and has published widely in early modern history. He discovered the lost texts when the notebook went to auction earlier this year.
