Click & Collect enables University Library members to request up to five books at one time to be retrieved from the University Library’s modern collections.
When your request has been fulfilled, you will receive an automatic email notifcation.
Once you have received an email notification, you are welcome to collect your books by visiting the Reader Services Desk in the Entrance Hall with your University or Library card. The Library is open 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4:45pm Saturday. If you nominate someone else to collect books on your behalf, please ensure they can show us a copy of the email notification.
We anticipate that you will be able to collect books the next working day. Once they have been fetched, books will be held at the collection point for 3 working days before they are eligible for request by someone else.
Please ensure that you have checked that the item you require is available in the University Library and not on loan.
