Cambridge University Library

The manuscripts, papers, letters, sound recordings and programmes of Robin Orr were presented to the Cambridge University Library by his widow, by Mrs Doris Orr in 2009 to mark the cenenary of his birth, though some were received only after her death in 2013.

The manuscripts and sound recordings are all catalogued on the Library On Line catalogue. Manuscripts may be consulted in the Manuscript Reading Room. Enquiries about the sound recordings should be made to the Anderson Room (the music reading room).

The programmes are sorted and documented, but all other papers (which include some unlisted programmes) are in process of being sorted and it may be some time before everything can be made available easily.

All enquiries about the Orr Archive may be made by email to music@lib.cam.ac.uk
