priyamvada

Professor Priyamvada Natarajan is a theoretical astrophysicist interested in cosmology, gravitational lensing and black hole physics. She did her graduate work in Theoretical Astrophysics at the Institute of Astronomy in Cambridge, after receiving undergraduate and master’s degrees from MIT. Between 1997 and 2003 she was a junior research fellow at Trinity College in Cambridge – the first woman in Astrophysics to be elected a Fellow of Trinity. She is currently a Professor in the departments of Astronomy and Physics at Yale University.
