Manuscripts are encapsulated in melinex and then bound into volume or binders. Each fragment is assigned a shelf mark (e.g. T-S K5.13). The Taylor-Schechter (T-S) Collection consists of three parts, reflecting the different periods of sorting and organising the manuscripts over the course of the 20th century: the Old Series, the New Series (NS), and the Additional Series (AS).
